The Treasure Beach Women's Group Benevolent Society (TBWG) is a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering women, supporting youth, and strengthening families in Treasure Beach. We provide skills training in sewing, tye-dye, basket weaving, batik, and other creative enterprises, along with personal development workshops that build confidence, leadership, and customer relations. TBWG also operates a community craft shop, giving local artisans a space to showcase and sell their work. Guided by an inclusive, participatory approach, we believe that when women thrive, the entire community prospers. In the past 10 years, TBWG has helped 1,000 individuals achieve. Lileth Lynch, for example is one of our spotlight story. She was training in one of our program with TPDCO Tour guide, and today she runs Treasure Beach Walking Tour, supporting herself and inspiring others in the community. Stories like hers drive our mission forward.
