Rosewell is located in the district of Rosewell in Clarendon. The community is located six miles outside of May Pen and is surrounded by communities such as Palmers Cross and Sandy Bay. Almost all students are from Rosewell. The community depend primarily on chicken rearing or shop keeping as their main source of income.

    To improve comfort and functionality across its facilities. Immediate needs include fans for classrooms, a microwave and freezer for the canteen, two overhead projectors, and a microphone with speaker box for school events. Funds will also assist with the construction of a dining room attached to the canteen, giving students a comfortable, dedicated space to sit and enjoy their meals despite the school’s limited room size.

Current Needs

US$80,000 to assist with the building with the construction of a dining room that is attached to the canteen area for the students to sit and eat their lunch in a comfortable environment because the school is small and room space are limited.

At Rosewell students normally do well in the PEP exams at present 89% of students have attained Proficient or Highly proficient in the core subjects.
