Rose Town Foundation is in the business of creating opportunities for the residents of the community. Our activities and areas of focus are Education, Sports, Women Empowerment, Senior Citizens empowerment club, Farming and Cultural activities. nWe have a Pre-School and After-School programme, where we promote homework and focus on literacy, getting each child in Rose Town to be operating at their grade level. We also Focus on Sports by working with the community to form Football and Netball clubs. Additionally we have an Arts club where the children develop their artistic side in drawing, dancing, speech and drama. We offer a wholistic approach to activities within the community for all age groups. nDuring the past 10 years and through partnerships, over 500 people were certified in General Construction, electrical Installation & early childhood education. Over 45 Individuals have received titles for their homes. We have helped over 50 children to get their eyes tested and receive glasses, and have trained women in Information Technology.

Mission/Impact Statement

To assist in creating opportunities for residents of the Rose Town community. To improve the quality of their lives through active participation in development programs that enhance their built environment, socio-economic status, and community health.

Current Needs

We require support for the human resource to ensure our children and other programmes have the best qualified people. We need the following to continue delivering quality outcomes: nEducation - USD55,000nArts and Urban Farming - USD25,OOOnWomen's Empowerment - USD30,000 nAnti-Violence through Sports and Entertainment - US$40,000.
