Madras Primary and Infant School is located in deep rural South-West St. Ann. Madras Primary and Infant School commenced operation on January 18, 1954, and had an official opening on March 4, 1954. The school was formed by a plantation owner named Mr. Madras. Presently, there are six grades at the Primary level and two classes at the Infant level.

    To install a school gate and tile classrooms, making them safer, easier to clean, and more conducive to learning. Additional priorities include US$8,000 for the canteen, US$2,000 for the welfare program, and US$3,000 for the Peace and Learning Garden. Other needs include US$50,000 for roofing, windows, and doors; US$1,000 for twenty-one fans; US$1,800 for seven smart TVs; US$500 for science experiment materials; US$2,031 for a drum set; US $870 for a keyboard; US$2,130 for seven sets of student lockers; US$690 for sports and art supplies; and US$2,300 for social-emotional learning games.
