ODPEM works in partnership with local authorities, private-sector partners, and international relief organizations to ensure transparent and accountable management of all resources and donations.</p> <p data-start="590" data-end="722"><strong data-start="590" data-end="606">Please note:</strong> These are the <strong data-start="621" data-end="657">official government relief links</strong>. Mission/Impact Statement

This website is established to mobilise support for Jamaica's emergency response, recovery efforts and provide the latest information related to Hurricane Melissa. We know from experience that preparation, rapid response, and sustained recovery efforts save lives and restore communities. Many areas, particularly along Jamaica's southern coast, are among the most vulnerable, having been impacted by a major Hurricane in 2024. This platform helps ensure assistance reaches those who need it, when they need it most.

Under leadership of ODPEM, we will rebuild homes, repair infrastructure, restore electricity, clear roads and stabilise landslide-prone zones.
