Mearnsville Primary and Infant school students are from low and middle income families . Where needs are concerned many parents are unable to cater for their child's expenses. Most of the students here are from communities within proximity and are from single, nuclear or extended family.

  To refurbish the Guidance Department with an AC unit, new tiles, and improved furnishings, as well as to establish a dedicated resource room for students. Additional needs include constructing a proper staffroom for teachers, upgrading the computer room with modern equipment, improving storage for confidential documents, and installing secure fencing around the school compound to enhance safety.
