Sunbury Primary School

Our Motto: Strive for Excellence

The Sunbury Primary School is located in Glenwood Spring Clarendon. It is a Grade I primary school owned and operated by the government of Jamaica. It was first opened in 1974 and caters to students of the Glenwood Spring, Bloomwell, Sunbury and other close environs. Currently enrollment stands at approximately 130 students. Currently the school is seeking help with infrastructural developments and resources. Our motto is "strive for excellence" and our core values are: teamwork, excellence, accountability and motivation.

    To repair and restore its second building, which sustained significant damage during Hurricane Beryl in July 2024. This structure houses the Guidance Department, Literacy Centre, and Resource Room, and is now in urgent need of new windows, electrical repairs, and bathroom upgrades. These repairs are essential to creating a safe, functional, and welcoming space that supports both academic development and student well-being.
